Where do I get the file?
Google Calendar
Open calendar.google.com → the gear icon → Settings → Import &
export → Export. You get a .zip; unzip it and drop the
.ics file inside it here.
Outlook
File → Save Calendar, pick a date range and Full details. On the
web: Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → publish, then download
the .ics.
Apple Calendar
Select the calendar in the sidebar, then File → Export →
Export…. That saves an .ics straight to your Mac.
It genuinely doesn't leave your machine. This page has no server to receive it — the reading, the counting and the picture are all done by your browser. You can check: open your network tools and drop a file. Nothing goes out.
The shareable card carries numbers only. Meeting titles never appear on it, because "Performance review: someone" is not a thing to post.
